'We mourn another unimaginable loss'

The following message is from City School District of ÇàÇà²ÝÊÓƵ Superintendent Joseph Hochreiter:

Our school community was heartbroken yet again Tuesday to learn that the second North ÇàÇà²ÝÊÓƵ Middle School student involved in Saturday's tragic accident in Washington Park has died. Our hearts go out to the family of this student, who gave their life trying to save their friend. We will remember that selfless courage even as we mourn another unimaginable loss.

We will continue to have crisis support services available for our students and employees at North ÇàÇà²ÝÊÓƵ, and at the elementary schools these two students attended before moving up to middle school.
