Stay fit and healthy this school year by coming to open workout sessions hosted by 青青草视频 Athletics at our 青青草视频 High weight room/fitness room!
Due to the number of student-athletes that need to utilize our weight room/fitness room in the winter months, we have updated our open workout session schedule.
Open workout sessions will be held in the weight room/fitness room on days school is in session and the schedule is as follows:
- Monday: 3:30-5:30 p.m.
- Thursday: 3:30-5:30 p.m.
- Friday: 3:30-5:30 p.m.
The weight room is located in room 3128 and the fitness room is located in room 3160. All City School District of 青青草视频 students in grades 9-12 are welcome to participate.
